Upload articles to make it easy for clients to promote their expertise without the time-consuming chore of doing it themselves.
Podcast posting to the top websites. I have software that can convert either audio or video which saves the clients hours of time.
Taking word docs, proofing them and converting them into Adobe PDFs. Making sure all the links are live and go to the correct websites. This saves you from making embarrassing mistakes and sending your customers to links that don't work.
Event posting and promotion- I use FullCalendar, Topix.net and EventCrazy for most of my clients to promote their events. For authors I use AuthorsDen, BookTour and AuthorsandExperts. I also make sure that the profiles are updated and lead back to either the book or the appropriate websites so even if people aren't interesting in attending your event, they know how to get to your website.
Shopping cart set up and fulfillment services- I am very familiar with 1ShoppingCart.com (a.k.a. as Kick Start Cart or Professional Cart Solutions) as this is what most of my clients use. I do all order fulfillment for one client and monitor the orders that come through for others. I also handle credit card transactions through 2 gateways for 3 separate clients. (I can spot customer service problems like technical glitches with the shopping cart very quickly and, in many cases, get them resolved even before a customer brings it to your attention.)
Basic keyword research- I use a program called WordTracker. I use it when posting articles or press releases so they are more likely to be found by the search engines.
Post to blogs from Google alerts per clients request- I have a number of clients that I have set up Google alerts for. I either post comments to blogs that meet their criteria or I send them the blog postings for them to post the comments to. The ones I post the comments for I have been given a “script” so to speak on what to post. These comments position you as an expert and include valuable links back to your website.
Press release distribution so that your press release is picked up by the major news feeds like Google and Yahoo and are delivered to journalists who want to see releases on certain topics, much more effective than the useless "free" distribution services. I use a program called PRWeb.com for most. Some of my clients have an account with ExpertClick.com. I also use keyword research when proofing the press release to make sure it is keyword rich.
Data entry because your time is better spent doing things that bring in money.
Customer service issues- I take care of all customer service issues for most clients, saving them from talking to frustrated customers. Often, the problem is resolved quickly with you even knowing it. My services can be from issuing refunds to making sure their information is correct in the databases. If there are issues with orders, I take care of that as well. Any customer service issue can be taken care of by my service.
Affiliate programs and maintenance- I can take care of all affiliate program issues, from paying commissions to sending broadcast emails to affiliates to stimulate sales. I also suggest and research affiliate programs from companies that sell products and services that would appeal to your customers and earn you good commissions.
Document proofing so your documents are error free and create a great impression on your clients.
Blog posting and updating-I post, edit and proofread content written by clients to their blogs, to pull in traffic from the search engines.
I create and manage multiple social networking sites, make sure they are cross-promoted, and teach clients how to use these sites to join the online discussion and, eventually, promote what they're selling.
Power Point presentations- I create attractive, easy-to-understand PowerPoint presentations for clients that can be used in webinars or at their public speaking events.
I can do basic photo editing to make it easy for you to use photos at your website, blog and social networking sites.
